To register and maintain a valid Account with rm777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. rm777 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of, nor are you physically located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of accessing the Platform or placing bets.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of rm777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
- You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by rm777 for breach of these Terms.
- You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a gambling disorder, and you are not using self-exclusion tools on this or any related platform.
- You are registering and using the Platform for lawful recreational purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-seeking purpose.
Age Restriction Notice: rm777 takes its 21+ age restriction extremely seriously. Any deposit made by a person under the age of 21 will be returned and the Account immediately closed. Winnings accumulated during underage use are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.
Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account at rm777. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and for updating it promptly if it changes.
Before your first withdrawal may be processed, and at any other time requested by rm777 for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes, you will be required to submit identity and address verification documents. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport. Proof of address documents include utility bills, bank statements, or telecommunications bills issued within the preceding three (3) months and bearing your full name and residential address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rm777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rm777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
By using the rm777 Platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform is personal and non-commercial. You acknowledge that:
- rm777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, betting market, feature, or the Platform itself at any time without prior notice.
- Odds, game rules, and promotional terms displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to review current information before placing any bet or claiming any promotion.
- You accept all results as final once a bet or game round is confirmed and settled, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
- rm777 may use technology to verify your location, device, and identity to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
- Any technical error, glitch, or malfunction resulting in incorrect odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes will be void and rm777 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-bet state.
rm777 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum is RM30,000 per transaction, unless otherwise stated.
You must only deposit using payment accounts and methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment instruments are strictly prohibited. rm777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not matching your verified identity and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX bank transfers and direct online banking deposits typically clear within 5–15 minutes, subject to individual bank processing times. rm777 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or payment service provider.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds deposited at rm777 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rm777 reserves the right to suspend your Account, pursue recovery of any funds disputed, and report the matter to relevant payment networks and regulatory bodies.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with rm777's published processing times, provided that the following conditions are met: (a) the Player's Account has passed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been fully met; (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the stated limits for the Player's account tier; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or flags.
Withdrawals via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX or direct banking may take 15 minutes to several hours depending on the receiving bank. rm777 targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier: Silver tier players may withdraw up to RM5,000 per day; Platinum up to RM15,000; Gold up to RM30,000; and Diamond tier players may withdraw up to RM100,000 per day. Weekly and monthly limits may also apply as stated in your Account settings.
For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, rm777 will endeavour to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified method may be approved subject to additional KYC review.
rm777 offers various promotional incentives to Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific promotional terms. Players must wager the applicable multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) on eligible games before the bonus-related funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from X10 to X30 depending on the promotion.
While a bonus is active, Players may not place a single bet exceeding RM500 (or the bonus value, whichever is lower) on any game. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been partially completed.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward clearing the wagering requirement. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10% to 20%. Live dealer games and specialty games may have differing contribution rates as stated in the specific promotional terms. Placing bets on excluded or low-contribution games in an attempt to circumvent wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
All bonuses have a validity period beginning from the moment of credit. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire 14 days after being credited to the Account. Any uncompleted wagering and the remaining bonus balance are automatically removed at the time of expiry.
rm777 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies during active bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion with other Players. rm777 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts where abuse is detected.
The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the rm777 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each relevant section of the Platform and shall be read in conjunction with these general provisions.
- All bets are final once confirmed. rm777 will not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
- In the event of a disputed result in any sporting event, rm777 will apply the result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, or the UFC) as the official result for settlement purposes.
- rm777 reserves the right to suspend a betting market, delay settlement, or void bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or data errors.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. rm777 may impose individual Player stake limits at its discretion.
- For live in-play betting, slight delays in data transmission may occur. rm777 is not liable for bets placed based on events that have already occurred in real time but have not yet been reflected on the Platform display.
- Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification. rm777 reserves the right to verify a jackpot win independently before crediting the winnings to the Player's Account. Jackpot winnings may be paid in instalments for very large amounts.
rm777 is committed to responsible gambling and to providing a safe, controlled environment for players who choose to use the Platform. The following tools and policies form part of rm777's responsible gambling framework:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately; an increase in limits will not take effect for 7 days.
- Session Reminders: Players may set time alerts that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 week and 5 years. During the exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Players may also request permanent exclusion.
- Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic reality check pop-ups that display the duration of the current session and net win/loss for the session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rm777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the Platform.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker, soft play in table games, or coordinated betting strategies.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or calculation errors to derive unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform.
- Attempting to withdraw funds that are the subject of a disputed chargeback or reversal.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing rm777 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
All content on the rm777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game content, software, data, and compilations — is the property of rm777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of rm777.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rm777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
rm777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rm777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. rm777 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
rm777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time;
- Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute;
- Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by or for a third party;
- Compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting rm777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be refunded to a verified payment method, provided no Terms violations are present. Bonus balances are not refundable upon Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gambling regulation. Any dispute arising between you and rm777 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:
- Step 1 — Internal Complaint: You must first raise the dispute directly with rm777's customer support team by contacting [email protected]. rm777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with rm777's response, the matter may be escalated to rm777's compliance department, which will conduct an independent review within 10 business days.
- Step 3 — External Resolution: Should the dispute remain unresolved following the internal escalation process, you may pursue resolution through any competent external dispute resolution mechanism applicable in your jurisdiction.
rm777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rm777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent on-Platform notification, where practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange Account closure.
